In my humble reasoning there should not be more than 365  flats to house people. The math is simpler. When you give out one floor per month to work on for 365 months the math for the whole service industry becomes simpler. 365+30=One stellar year. That is only 10,850 days or rooms. 850 of the rooms are service rooms. The 10,000 are private freedom rooms. Everything is Automated so this ratio of rooms to service can be kept sacred. Ten units stacked on top of one another with 1,000 rooms. At least two of the Units have to be a honeycomb hide out pyramid of 10 sub-stories within a story. So that the pyramid is circularly going into the earth like a top with a screw bottom. The pyramid like a root has a root cap of a hexagonal 10 story pyramid and like a vine top the plant has a root cap reaching into the sky. This is the formula. Transformative true statement.
